During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, phone number, and valid banking details. False or inaccurate information will result in account suspension or closure.
- Your password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any other party.
- You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

- 405 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above a certain amount.
Identity verification may involve a request for supporting documents such as a national ID or bank statement. This is a standard security measure to protect users from fraud.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
405 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using bots, automated software, or any method that manipulates the betting system.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate betting outcomes or exploit promotions.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
- Impersonating another user or providing false identity information.
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or interfering with system operations.
Any breach of the above rules entitles 405 to suspend or close the user's account, withhold any existing balance, and report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities as required by law.

All transactions on the 405 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports major local payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, online bank transfers, and e-wallets listed on the deposit page.
Deposits are processed within the timeframe indicated on the transaction page and depend on the chosen method. 405 is not liable for delays caused by third parties, including banks or payment processors.
- Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account registered in the same name as the 405 account holder.
- First-time withdrawals may require an identity verification process that can take up to 24 hours.
- Bonuses and promotional credits are subject to rollover requirements stated separately in each individual offer.
- 405 reserves the right to hold suspicious withdrawal requests pending an internal investigation.
